When you purchase a script from Code X Python, you are granted a license – not ownership – of the code.

❌ Claim ownership or authorship of the script
❌ Use the script for illegal or unethical purposes

Prices do not include applicable taxes (if any)
We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to handle transactions. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and conditions. We do not store full payment details on our servers.
After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, contact support@codexpython.com.
After successful payment, you will have immediate access to download your purchased script through your dashboard. Download links remain active indefinitely.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all script purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are granted if:
The script is defective or does not work as described
The script is incompatible with your environment (and cannot be fixed)
You have not violated the license terms
Refunds are not granted if:
The script was modified or tampered with
You request a refund for custom development work that has been started
More than 30 days have passed since purchase
You have violated these Terms

For custom development projects, a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) will be agreed upon before work begins. This includes:
Project requirements and deliverables
Timeline and milestones
Payment schedule
Acceptance criteria
50% deposit required before work begins
50% balance due upon completion and acceptance
Payment can be made via Stripe or PayPal
Upon full payment, the client owns the custom-developed code. Code X Python retains the right to reuse non-proprietary knowledge and techniques.
Minor changes are included in the SOW. Significant scope changes will require a new quote and may affect the timeline.
All content on Code X Python – including text, graphics, logos, scripts, and code – is the property of Code X Python and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, feedback, etc.). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
“Code X Python” and the Code X Python logo are trademarks of [Your Company Name]. You may not use them without written permission.
All products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that our scripts will work in all environments, be error-free, or meet your specific needs. While we strive for quality, you are responsible for testing scripts in your environment.
Custom development services are provided with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee that they will meet every specific requirement or be completely error-free.
In no event shall Code X Python be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for:
Backing up your data and projects
Testing scripts in a safe environment before production use
Ensuring scripts are appropriate for your use case
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code X Python, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if:

You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
We are required by law to do so
We decide to discontinue our services
Upon termination:
Your license to use scripts may be revoked (in cases of violation)
Custom development projects will be halted (deposits are non-refundable)
You must delete any Scripts still in your possession (if terminated for violation)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Before initiating legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan Arbitration Act.
You may bring claims in small claims court (where applicable) or seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Code X Python and supersede all prior agreements.
